We are only capable of giving as an expression of who we already are in this moment. Therefore, hugging is something that begins from within us... that is why it's important to look at our own consciousness and give thought to our personal growth.


Everything outside us is a reflection of who we are inside, so we can begin by learning to hug ourselves first. It's important to be kind and gentle to ourselves, as we are to others... 


We're all here on this earth doing the best we can.
