We are human. We are imperfect. We are here on this earth doing the best we can. Moving between the heights and depths of the human experience is an inevitable part of the journey.
When you hurt someone or make a mistake: apologize from your heart, then forgive yourself and move on. No need to beat yourself up... simply continue to act and communicate as transparently and authentically as you can... from an open heart with LOVE.
With practice, intention and effort, we will move forward on our journey of transformation and evolution... towards reaching the zenith of that which we are capable of.
